A coverity-admin@ alias has been created. 

Supplement this with the creation of a new "Coverity" component in the "Services" Product in the issue tracker to track issues associated with the Coverity scanning service.

Additionally create a coverity-admin@ account in Bugzilla for auto-assignment purposes
