SVN diff for upgrading audio/beets from 1.3.10 to 1.3.11

This updates Beets from 1.3.10 to 1.3.11.

Note that the latest release of Beets is 1.3.13. I haven't had time to look at the changes between 1.3.11 and 1.3.13, so 1.3.11 will go into the ports tree for now.

For a complete list of changes, see the change log [1].

The Beatport plugin has been deleted from upstream [1]. The option BEATPORT has been removed.

New options: THUMBNAILS, WEB_CORS

Updated dependencies already in the ports tree:

 - audio/py-mutagen >= 1.27

Updated dependencies waiting to be updated in the ports tree:

 - enum34 >= 1.04
 - audio/py-discogs-clients >= 2.1.0

New dependencies already in the ports tree:

 - devel/py-xdg - Required by the Thumbnails plugin

New dependencies not in the ports tree:
