This update depends on BUG200700. It must be committed first.

FIXED: humdinger freed NULL pointer.
FIXED: humdinger opened file unnecessarily to send HEAD response.

CHANGED: humdinger needs libserver >= 2.1.5 to access serv_thread_exit().
