I am trying to see why.

After that file edje_cc stays in a uwait state

And then requires a manual ctrl-c and manual killing of procs.

if anyone wants to help diagnose this error. doing a gdb it seems to have some thread issue with libeiena causing edje_cc to go into a loop.

Update this to the latest working versiosn of 1.13.3 and await release of 1.15.0

This is a simple update, I noticed that 1.13.3 was release and decided to update the PR instead of submitting new ones, I am unsure if that's the correct approach but it saves possible confusing on a new/old PR. If this is not the way you may ping me by email :)

This may be closed out as it was updated to 1.15.0

Port was upgraded to 1.15.0
