I entered a short comment, accepted https://reviews.freebsd.org/D2745, and got this.  It did not go away until Close was clicked a couple of times, so it might have been multiple instances of the error:

Unhandled Exception ("AphrontSchemaQueryException")
#1146: Table 'phabricator_differential.differential_hunk_modern' doesn't exist

NOTE: This usually indicates that the MySQL schema has not been properly upgraded. Run 'bin/storage upgrade' to ensure your schema is up to date.

Phabricator has been upgraded many times since, I assume this was fixed since.
