Seems unlikely that the upstream release went unnoticed, but since I couldn't find any bug filed for it, I figured it wouldn't hurt to file one.

Possibly related to Bug #192511, as 2.7.10 includes some fixes for building with libressl.

Apologies if this is duplicative.
