LINT still says soft updates are not implemented due to copyright
restrictions, but such were recently removed (and there was much
rejoycing! :-) ).

Fix: 

Revise documentation above "#options SOFTUPDATES" and possibly remove
leading "#" on that line, since the option is in fact enabled by
default in GENERIC.
