Description insane 2000-07-24 22:20:01 UTC
Version 1.6.2.2 was released with some issues. The author reccomends to
upgrade to the latest version (1.6.3).

Changes to the port to help incorporate some of the compile options of
	snort.

I noticed that this port is now updated to the current version but there is
no comment on why the funtionality that was requested was not added. Plus I
want to make sure that the reson for it remaining open is because of further
investigation (I hope) to add the functionality to the port and not that this
was just an oversight and was forgotten to be closed.

Thank You
Ron Rosson

Please add the functionality requested by Ron Rosson to the snort port.=A0=
 =

It will make building a new release of snort much easier, so I will not =

have to manually edit the Makefile to add the support that I want.=A0 =

Thank you.
