   - Update to 1.5.24
   - Added mixmaster option

Thank you! Committed with a minor change:
- Added the bitbucket mirror referenced on mutt.org/download.html

Proposals for future submissions, thanks in advance for consideration:
- Pet portlint ("makepatch" warnings)
- LICENSE* tags (I know it's not trivial for mutt, but it becomes increasingly important to have the them, especially for corporate entities)
