Fixes the hardcoded reference to libdl and updates this port to version 2.6.
This patch is tested to build with audio/audacity and audio/rubberband. I would also maintain this port.
Might be worth splitting the change to remove the hardcoded link reference with the version update, so the former can be merged (MFH) to the quarterly branch. Comment on attachment 163126 [details]
