Log:
  - Update to version 0.9.11
  - Use sysconf(3) to get number of active CPUs instead of sysctl(3)
    and thus clean up the patch
  - Remove BROKEN_ia64 statement at it makes little use these days as ia64
    was never a first-class citizen in FreeBSD and officially killed in
    -CURRENT for a while now
