This looks like it should be moved to devel/actor-framework instead.

I would prefer to keep the port name as is. The reason is that (1) we refer to the project as CAF externally, (2) "caf" is the name in other package managers (e.g., Homebrew, biicode, SuSE OBS), and (3) the installed files have all "caf" in there name (e.g., libcaf_core, caf/all.hpp). Only our repository carries the name "actor-framework".
