The www/otrs port is five versions behind upstream. Hopefully changing PORTVERSION= 4.0.8 -> 4.0.13 should work. I would like to ask ports maintainer for update.

Hi,
If you want this port updated you could submit a patch to update. I'd be happy to review it.
Thanks.

PR achieved its goal of getting the attention of the maintainer, who is now clearly aware that it's out of date.

That said, if the maintainer isn't going to update the port, he should probably release it. if it's five releases behind, it's hard to claim it's being maintained.

Hi, John
Thanks for your opinion.
The problem with minor releases of otrs is they are being issued very frequently: every 14 days. Because of that it is simply impossible to get it up date. Usually at the time when latest update gets ports tree it is already outdated.
At the moment I am working on major update 4.0.8=>5.0.0 . Minor updates are not a priority for me, unless there are know vulnerabilities in ports version.
And again if submitter provides a patch I would be happy to review it.
Thanks.

I hate projects like that.
