Handbook section 6.2.1.2 indications usage of Linux Flash player and gives instructions on installing packages.  However it does not direct the user to activate the linuxulator first.  A reference should be made to section 10.2

Sadly, this PR was not actioned by the time that Firefox and Chrome ceased to support NPAPI plugins. As such such, the instructions have been removed.
