fastd-devel port (fixed)
Remove a workaround for a fixed bug in the libuecc port.
The libuecc port installed libuecc.pc into ${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig instead of ${PREFIX}/libdata/pkgconfig. This required fastd-devel to tell pkg-config about ${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig.

Remove the conflict between fastd and fastd-devel by adding a suffix to the installed files.
