This port works fine with subversion 1.8 (i've been using it with 1.8 for the past year by manually changing the dependency in our poudriere repo) so the dependency can be changed to devel/subversion18 instead of the port being deleted

As this port is currently unmaintained, it's probably worth attaching a patch that reflects the changes that need to be made. If you can confirm it passes QA (portlint, poudriere) as well, that would be great.
