Please investigate making attachment flags visible in the main issue view because currently it's only visible in the attachment view, which means people may miss it if they don't know about it.

Vladimir, is this PR still relevant? I can not reproduce it: attachment list in main issue view has flags column and flags are visible there. Is it expected behavior or did I misunderstand your feature request?

Three years later I don't even remember what this was about. I think it was about making the controls to set the flags, part of the main bug edit form.
