I guess the following log explains everything:

The same happens with 93amd64, 101i386 and 101amd64 builds. It also applies to lighttpd-mod_h264_streaming, which must be manually built because of its license. It seems that it's not FreeBSD's bug, but rather the change in Lighttpd 1.4.38 caused those failures. That's why I propose to mark them as BROKEN.

Sorry, builds on 9.3 seem to fail because of using C11, which GCC 4.2 doesn't support. Still, builds on 10.1 fail anyway because of changed API:
