Happens on HP Netserver on any L series model server WITH any model of HP NetRAID RAID controller with latest firmwares. Tried with RAID 5 and RAID 1 configuration.
Following error quickly appears in bold white just before the system power cycles.

amrd0:still open, can't shutdown

How-To-Repeat: On system (Preferably HP Netserver L series) with OS on RAID 5 or RAID 1 logical drive on any model HP NetRAID DAC controller. 

Observe the error, as root, by giving "init 6" or "reboot" command.

Confirmed behavior on -CURRENT as well...
