Assign "mokhi" to the freebsd_triage group for editbugs permissions, as he is assisting with modifications to Bugzilla (templates, extensions, etc). This will allow him to assign issues to himself and edit/close them where necessary.

Added freebsd-triage group membership to mokhi's account. Also requested he set his First Last name in his user preferences, which he has now done.
