"moin.cgi" fails to execute as the python interpreter is not found. Replacing the first line with the explict path solves this issue:

This does not work:
#!/usr/bin/env python

This works:
#!/usr/local/bin/python

env relies on PATH, maybe you don't have /usr/local/bin in your PATH?

All #! have been fixed in ports r438790 so this shouldn't be a problem anymore.
