This is a dependency of p5-URI-db, which I've submitted in bug #205944, which again is a dependency of p5-App-Sqitch, which I've submitted in bug #205943.

  This library implements a Perl interface for nested URIs -- that is, URIs that
  contain other URIs. The basic format is:

  {prefix}:{uri}

  Some examples:

  * `jdbc:oracle:scott/tiger@//myhost:1521/myservicename`
