The 3com's PNP Fax-Modem Device 'U.S. Robotics 56K FAX INT' is not 
recognized with sio.c.
Dmesg outputs as follows:
> unknown0: <U.S. Robotics 56K FAX INT> at port 0x3e8-0x3ef irq 7 on isa0
PNP-ID of the card is 0x70917256.

Fix: Patch sio.c as follows.

How-To-Repeat: Insert the PNP Fax-modem card (ID:0x70917256) and boot 4.1-Release Kernel.
