import dma_flushq rc script

Please import dma_flushq rc script, as taken from ports version.
It was added in ports r263646 by bapt, but is also useful with dma(8) in base.

I am all for importing that script, I just have a small issue with it, we need to be able to distinguish it from the one that comes along with the port version of dma, here both uses the same name and variables.

(sorry it took 5+ years before someone look at this PR...)
