Two new patches have been published on the squid site for the 2.3-STABLE4
release of Squid.

Fix: The following patch updates the port's Makefile and md5 file for the 2 new
patches.


Note that PR ports/19797 should be closed since it is no longer applicable.

I've updated the squid23 port to use the latest release 
(squid-2.3-stable5), so these vendor patches are now in there.
