I did a fresh install of 4.1-RELEASE.  The XFree86 package is not
registered in the package registry.  That is, pkg_info doesn't have
anything to say about XFree86.

Fix: 

Don't know.  Not really needed, I suppose.
How-To-Repeat: 
	
Do a fresh install of 4.1-R from CD.

Not a bug - XFree86 is not a package and hence isn't required to 
register itself as one.
