When I use ps or top to view pid status, it show:

> ps
ps: proc size mismatch (2096 total, 1044 chunks)

> top
kvm_open: proc size mismatch (53448 total, 1044 chunks)
top: Out of memory.

Fix: 

I have no any ideal to fix this problem

Are you sure you recompiled both your kernel did a "make world" in
/usr/src? This is the usual source of these problems. (It can also
be caused by not using the loader to boot your kernel, but I don't
think this is the problem from the error messages).
