Attached patch updates textproc/p5-Text-VimColor to 0.26 and does a couple modernizations to the port.

- Depend on binary name (vim), not full path (${LOCALBASE}/bin/vim)... the latter is for when another version may exist in /usr/bin and you want to force a port version
- Add TEST_DEPENDS
- Add NO_ARCH
- Sort plist

Also, the patch bumps the File::ShareDir::Install version requirement (matches META.yml).

As a bonus to 0.26, all the tests pass now :-)
