For whatever reasons some folks may want to avoid GNU tools or security/gnutls in particular. Let there be a choice e.g.,
- no printers but a port pulled cups unconditionally e.g., net/opennx
- localhost-connected printers
- SSH, VPN, Tor (hidden), etc. tunneling

Partially reverts ports r389015. Build tested on 10.1R i386 with GNUTLS=on (default) and GNUTLS=off.
