archivers/innoextract: 1.5 -> 1.6

Please update archivers/innoextract to 1.6.
Tested with: extracting a recent GOG.com game.
Changelog is in URL field.

FYI: This can be used to, for example, extract game files for arx-libertatis, gemrb, and openmw.
