I don't think there's a place for lua50 in ports tree - it's long deprecated (last release was 26 Jun 2006), likely vulnerable (https://www.cvedetails.com/cve/CVE-2014-5461/) there's no infrastructure support, no consumers and no maintainer.

You can extract it from the SVN history of lang/lua50 port and build locally. You'll likely need to severely modify the port in order to build it though.
