cython-0.23.5.diff

Routine update of lang/cython from 0.23.4 to 0.23.5. Changelog
is at [1].

Note that cython.org lists 0.24b0 as the latest release, but
that "b0" is not something I'd prefer to have in the ports at
the moment.

This update also adds a "verify" make target that fetches the
GPG signature from cython.org and checks if it matches the
obtained distfile. The intent here is to help the maintainer
check the distfile before submitting patches. Ports users need
not bother with such things, they have our SHA256 checksums
instead.
