Hi,

In FreeBSD Handbook, section 6.4.3 [1] the proposed method to install GQView is given as

# pkg install gqview

but installation fails, apparently, there is no package called "gqview" in the repository

root@fbsd:~ # pkg update
Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...
FreeBSD repository is up-to-date.
All repositories are up-to-date.
root@fbsd:~ # pkg install gqview
Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...
FreeBSD repository is up-to-date.
All repositories are up-to-date.
pkg: No packages available to install matching 'gqview' have been found in the repositories
root@fbsd:~ # 

The web page should be update accordingly, or the binary should be added into the repository.

The entry from ports/MOVED says:

graphics/gqview||2015-06-10|Has expired: Unmaintained upstream, preferences dialog broken, use graphics/geeqie fork

so yes, the documentation needs to be updated.

Replace GQview with Geeqie

I've created the attached patch to the replace GQview with Geeqie per Mark's suggestion. If it is OK with you, I'll commit it.
