Patch for 1.0.8.12 against ports trunk

Attached a patch which makes the latest version available in the ports tree. The maintainer has been mailed 10 days ago without any reaction.

Excerpts from the mail:
The patch retrieves the latest tag from GitHub and does all necessary steps. Additionally, I have removed the so called examples which are actually a contrib not be used in production. Excerpt from the docs: "As of version 1.0.2, GeSHi comes with a contrib/ directory, which in it contains a “wizard” script for creating a stylesheet. Although this script is by no means a complete solution,...Expect a much better version of this script in version 1.2!" This is definitively neither docs not examples.

Thanks, a million. I will take a look at portlint(1).
