Assign "woodsb02" to the freebsd_triage group for editbugs permissions, as he would like to assist with triaging bug reports (initially guided by other members of the triage group). This will allow him to assign/edit/close issues as appropriate.

Now that woodsb02 is a ports committer, there is no need for woodsb02@gmail.com to be added to the triage group (he can use his woodsb02@FreeBSD.org account to access bugzilla as a committer).
