Patch to the ports tree

This patch updates devel/visualparadigm to version 13.1 build 20160415.

The port runs fine with linux Oracle java version (OpenJDK is unsupported by the upstream project).

I can not fetch here.

I can fetch it from other mirror but have the different distinfo.

Would you recheck it ?

The upstream project has a sad record for doing things like this... I'll contact them ASAP.

They seem to have removed the 20160415 build from the server...

I updated the patch to 13.1 build 20160502 that is the new release (surprisingly, the build date seems to be in the future...).

Updated poudriere logs for {9.3,10.2}amd64.

New patch for the ports tree available.
