 And it looks like I was right. :-)
 
 You don't have a matcd0 device supported by the kernel.  You do have
 an acd0 device.  So read the documentation for your CDROM player
 software and figure out how to get it to read /dev/acd0c instead of
 /dev/rmatcd0c.
