	Update to version 2.10 of binutils.  Also changed PLIST to
	prevent "extra files" with the other RTEMS ports.

	This also used the proposed PORTREVISION variable in hopes
	that it is commited soon.

This and ports/21004, ports/21019, ports/21027, ports/21048 and
ports/21049 are not as scarry as they look.  Contact me for more
