There is no any text in thunderbird after update of devel/icu to 57.1 (10.3-RELEASE-amd64).

No menu nor account etc. has any text.

I have reverted icu update.  But I have no menu-text in firefox and other applications.

Ok, recompiled firefox, text is there again.

Icu update is reverted.

Have to reopen this PR. After the failes Icu update and the revert.
If I install der thunderbird package all works.
If I compile thunderbird  I have still no text in the menues. I have recompiled icu, harfbuzz, sqlite3 and some other packages, does not help.
(Have I something overlooked - don't want recompile recursive. This are over 300 packages).

Sorry, tried several times to deinstall, compile, recomile. After I reopen this PR, I tried it again. This time it is working. Don't know the reason for it does not work the tries before.
