patch to update science/metaf2xml to 2.0
After checking I found 2 issues, new patch attached.
changes:
- METAF2XML_MAN must be ${PREFIX}/man
- use RUN_DEPENDS only for PERL_VER >= 5.22
Only minor corrections from previous version, everything should work as before.

Created attachment 172284 [details] patch to update science/metaf2xml to 2.0 Attached a proposed patch to upgrade the port for science/metaf2xml to 2.0. The patch has the following changes: - Makefile: change PORTVERSION to 2.0 - Makefile: add NO_ARCH=yes - Makefile: add RUN_DEPENDS=p5-CGI (required for Perl 5.21+) - Makefile: MAKE_ARGS need METAF2XML_MAN=${PREFIX}, CGI_DATA_DIR=CGI_LOG_DIR=/var/tmp (defaults for them have changed) - pkg-plist: remove TODO and translation stubs metaf-lang-{pl,pt-br}.xml Please apply the patch.
