Patch for kodi from 16.0 to 16.1

This patch updates kodi from version 16.0 to 16.1 which was released April 24.

The accompanying FFmpeg version in the GH_TUPLE remains 16.0 (not 16.1) according to the source code at:

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/16.1-Jarvis/tools/depends/target/ffmpeg/FFMPEG-VERSION
