When I am using the 4.0 install disks, seems to find all the correct hardware but then errors with panic: ida_wait: incorrect qcb returned.
I booted with the 4.1 install disks and was able to load 4.0, however when I boot the system, I receive the panic: ida_wait: incorrect qcb returned error.

Please help.

The use of install diskettes for the installation of a release 
other than the one for which they were designed is not 
supported.  Please let us know what happens when you use 
4.1-RELEASE diskettes to install 4.1-RELEASE.
