mtail-1.2.0.patch

- Update to 1.2.0
- Take maintainership

mtail 1.2.0 changelog [1]:

- added --tty option. if --tty is specified and stdout is not a tty, 
  no coloring is performed, although filters still apply. this is similar in
  spirit to the --color=auto option of gnu ls (thanks to hisham muhammad for
  this idea).
- various small changes to support jython.
- added allow/deny filters.

portlint -AC: OK

poudriere testport: OK (10amd64, 10i386, 9amd64, 9i386)

Committed with minor changes: switch to USES=shebangfix, don't install license with documentation.
