bsd.options.desc.mk.diff

I'm planning to submit patches to at least the following ports for
adding an SNDIO option (these are the easy ones where the OpenBSD team
has already upstreamed sndio support):

audio/cmus
audio/libao
audio/mpg123
audio/openal-soft
devel/sdl20
multimedia/ffmpeg
multimedia/mplayer
multimedia/mpv
multimedia/vlc

Would it be possible to add an SNDIO_DESC to bsd.options.desc.mk?
Then I won't need to clutter all of these ports with it.
