svn diff to fix problem with missing dependency and other misc. changes

portlint: OK
testport: OK (poudriere: 10.3-RELEASE-p5, amd64) [2]

- add session to USE_PHP
- bump portrevision

and while here

- convert to USE_GITHUB
- replace deprecated WANT_PHP_WEB=YES with USES=php:web
- wrap long lines


The problem with the missing session extension was reported by Jason Bacon <bacon4000@gmail.com>.

svn diff #2: also remove files that don't belong under WWWDIR

This diff builds upon the previous diff by removing files like README and TODO from WWWDIR.
