Description Vivek Khera 2000-09-12 21:20:00 UTC

the /usr/share/doc/ntp HTML documentation is missing the "pic"
subdirectory thereof and the images within it. this makes browsing these
docs have broken images.

Fix:

Don't know; /usr/src/contrib/ntp/html doesn't contain these files either.
How-To-Repeat:

open browser to file://usr/share/doc/ntp/index.htm and see what happens.

Unfortunately jedgar was mistaken. I did BIND and groff, not ntp.
I think this is sheldonh's area, however it could also be roberto's
due to him being the importer.

I did the mdoc transcriptions for the ntp package. The images which
are reported to be absent sound like they'd be part of the NTP
package itself. Personally, I think that this PR should just be
closed -- we simply don't need the images in the FreeBSD repo.
Anyone who wants them can hit the ntp web site or download
them.

If you want to keep the images out of the repository, then please edit
the HTML pages to remove such references. Thanks.

The GIF files were not imported in CVS to avoid binary files.
They can be fetched from the original archive if you want them.
