Created attachment 174389 [details] svn patch Talking with someone that has some relationship with NASA, it appears NOSA is the right acronym for NASA OpenSource Agreement. Drop maintenance since it is obvious this package doesn't need one: trust committers will "just fix it" on their own instead.
