This patch updates Motsognir to 1.0.9 .

Excerpt from changelog[1]:

v1.0.9 [05 Sep 2016]
 - New 'plugin' feature allowing to process every request through a plugin that may or may not choose to handle the given query,
 - Fixed autocompletion of port values inside partial gophermaps: uses the port set in configuration instead of always pointing to port 70 (unless the entry is pointing to an external resource).
