Could you please elaborate on what's the problem? What's undocumented? This has been discussed several times in the past already so I don't see the point of discussing it again. The discussion is archived, though, so if you're interested to read up on it you could start with: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=187926 and the archive of freebsd-ports@. Is rolling back to installing license as docfile an option? I'm not sure if the other committers will/would tolerate such a rollback, but it sounds good to me. I don't mind the other changes from r421831.
