Currently x11-themes/gtk-equinox-engine cannot be build because x11-themes/gnome-icons-faenza is marked as broken because of Google Code going away.  This switches the port to use the Debian mirrors for fetching and updates to 1.3.1.

portlint ok, poudriere build on FreeBSD 10.3/amd64 ok

I fixed Google Code deprecation by using author's Launchpad site. Thanks for submitting though.
